How I learned from Mr. Cowen and the 3-D printer ,that he described, is how this became what it is today, what you need to make it, and what it can do for you. He used many idea's to get you're attention on this creation and show how this can benefit you in you're life and to show the simple things this can be used. How I can use this to my genius hour project is by using these steps; 1. Have a attention grabber right off the start. 2. Explain the positives. 3. Explain the negatives. 4. Tell what your steps are into doing you're project.
5. Share the idea and spread the word to people about you're project. 6. Prove what you can do tho make this work. 7. End it with a benefit that you're project will do and supports people's life's. Mr. Cowen showed us that this can be used for more than what you think this can be used for and can be something that can change evolution as we know it.

He thinks that the word genius means to use it on creativity and you're life. Creative geniuses,what Micheal Michalko refers to geniuses as, are geniuses that don't know "what" to think but instead they know "how" to think. Some strategies used by geniuses are to look at things at a different perspective at the the same object, problem, or idea, others are to simply think creatively, or to use knowledge from the past and make them visible. How I could use them is by using all these options and to solve all problems.
What I found about failure in any type of activity is that it is an option or a opportunity to learn about your mistakes and prevent it from occurring again. How I can use this in my project is by taking risks, knowing what can happen, the advantages and disadvantages, and having the chance of life learning experiences.
What I hope to accomplish during Oct-Dec starting with October is to first find out what caused so much junk to fall into the ocean, find where it was mostly affected in the ocean, and to find some attempted plans that were used to try to stop the junk problems in the past. With November I'll find the pattern on how much junk is growing starting in the year of 1842 by going up 10 years at a time, all the way to the year 2000 to find how much has grown in the 10 years. Ending the three months with finding a solution to junk problems, in December, I will find a future visual to junk and prevent it from any further junk damage to the ocean and tell what the solution is to other people that also support to stopping junk from going in the ocean.
